Mr. John Ongman, Managing Director, has over three decades of experience in Professional Firm Leadership, P & L Operations, Mergers, Acquisitions,and Restructurings, Intellectual Property and Advanced Technology Transfer, and Product Development within the aerospace, telecommunciations, transportation, energy and biomedical business sectors.  His experience includes Direct Offset programs. He has a B.S. in aeronautical engineering, M.S./Ph.D. in Physics, and J.D. in Law.  He is active on University and Non-Profit Boards. 

The Lingua Franca Group O2E strategy is a Mission Partner-based approach which provides “proposal ready projects” to support new defense sales or backfill current offset project shortfalls. This approach engages policy and project management acumen in education, technology, business, finance, and economics to produce country-specific stable ventures aligned with job creation and market growth. Working with in-country partners, Lingua Franca Group project managers integrate world-leading universities, business and engineering schools, and NGOs to provide successful ecosystem support and mentoring.

Mr. Michael Dudzik, Managing Director, is a 30 year business professional experienced with Corporate Leadership, P&L Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions,Technology Transfer, Advanced Technology, Product Development and Manufacturing within the aerospace and commercial industry business sectors. His experience includes Direct Offset and Foreign Military Sales programs.  He has a B.S. in Physics, M.S. in Nuclear Engineering, MBA in Strategy & Finance. Mr. Dudzik is active on University, Non-Profit and Corporate Boards.

The Lingua Franca Group practice was expanded in 2013 to address the indirect offset needs of the Global Aerospace & Defense markets arising from the core mission focus areas of early stage technology and STEM education.  As a result, the Lingua Franca Group has created an offset-to-enterprise (O2E) strategy to support the changing indirect offset environment.  This value-added strategy provides both projects and ecosystems required for a technology-based indirect offset ventures to succeed.
